Lago de Atitlan

Lake Atitlan is astonishingly beautiful and I was so captivated by the lake's scenic excesses. There are three volcanoes and many steep hills. The lake has many colors to it. It has many ranges of blues, greys and greens which is reflected by the sun shining on it. During the morning hours, the lake is very calm. However, during the afternoon to evening hours the wind does pick up and causes waves. They say that the wind carries away sin. Traveling this by boat was very rocky at times however, the view that you have is amazing!
